We exercise no authority or control on these sites and are not responsible for any information that you may submit on such sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third parties or any websites that might be linked to our Sites or products.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect your name, address (both billing and shipping addresses), email address, phone number and any other information attributable to an identifiable natural person or household and use the information that you provide voluntarily to us via purchasing our products, registering / creating an account on the Site, signing up for mailing list / newsletter, filling out a survey, contacting customer service, rate or review products, entering contests and sweepstakes, connect / with us or participate through social networks, apply for a job, or otherwise to respond to your questions, requests and improving our customer experience, support, service and content for the Site. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email or SMS to share about new products / services, specials, and contests. We do not collect any sensitive information such as social security number and credit card information.

2. NON PERSONAL INFORMATION

This is information that relates to you but does not directly identify you. When you visit our Site, we collect information on each visitor to help us track and understand how visitors use our site, improve site performance and infrastructure, as well as system administration. This information is collected automatically as our Site uses various tracking technologies that may include location data, cookies, web beacons, log file information, online analytics, and third-party ad serving companies (collectively called, "Tracking Tools") to automatically collect Information from you. We use commercially reasonable precautions to protect stored and transmitted information. Your information will be stored on a server kept in a secure environment, accessed only by authorized individuals. Any transmission of data will be encrypted and transmitted by us in a secure way. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your user password and account login information so we encourage you to set a secure password that is difficult to guess, and change your password on a regular basis to help ensure the security of your account. MINORS

The Site is a general audience website intended for use by adults.  The Site is not designed or intended to attract, and is not directed to, children under eighteen (18) years of age, let alone children under thirteen (13) years of age. Ingreendients does not collect personal information through the Site from any person it actually knows to be under thirteen (13) years of age.  If Ingreendients obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information through the Site from a person under thirteen (13) years of age, then it will use reasonable efforts to refrain from further using such personal information or maintaining it in retrievable form.

Furthermore, if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, then you (or your parent or legal guardian) may at any time request that Ingreendients remove content or information about you that is posted on the Site.  Please submit any such request (“Request for Removal of Minor Information”) to support@ingreendients.com,  with a subject line of “Removal of Minor Information.”

For each Request for Removal of Minor Information, please state “Removal of Minor Information” in the email or letter subject line, and clearly state the following in the body:

  • the nature of your request;
  • the identity of the content or information to be removed;
  • whether such content or information is found on the Site;
  • the location on content or information on the Site (e.g., providing the URL for the specific web page the content or information is found on);
  • that the request is related to the “Removal of Minor Information;”
  • your name, street address, city, state, zip code and email address; and
  • whether you prefer to receive a response to your request by mail or email.

Ingreendients is not responsible for failing to comply with any Request for Removal of Minor Information that is incomplete, incorrectly labeled or incorrectly sent.

Please note that the aforementioned removal does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of such content or information posted on the Site.

Also, please note that Ingreendients is not required to erase or otherwise eliminate, or to enable erasure or elimination of, such content or information in certain circumstances, such as, for example, when an international, federal, state, or local law, rule or regulation requires Ingreendients to maintain the content or information; when the content or information is stored on or posted to the Site by a third party other than you (including any content or information posted by you that was stored, republished or reposted by the third party); when Ingreendients anonymizes the content or information, so that you cannot be individually identified; when you do not follow the aforementioned instructions for requesting the removal of the content or information; and when you have received compensation or other consideration for providing the content or information.

We take both transactional and marketing email communication very seriously. "Phishing" is a scam which is specifically designed to steal your personal information. We will never send you an email or SMS asking for your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, please forward that email and notify us immediately at support@ingreendients.com.

 

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Ingreendients is not subject to regulation under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).  Therefore, even if you are a California resident and Ingreendients may have personal information about you that is the type of the information subject to the CCPA, the CCPA is not applicable to Ingreendients or to our relationship with you.  However, if you are a resident of the State of California and Ingreendients has an established business relationship with you, then, pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, you have the right to request the following at any time: (a) information from Ingreendients free of charge regarding the manner in which Ingreendients shares certain personal information collected through the Site with third parties who use such information for direct marketing purposes; and (b) the discontinuation (or opt-out) of Ingreendients’s sharing of such information with such third parties. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time and reserve the right to make changes / updates as we deem fit and based on regulation requirements. Should we make any changes in the way we collect and/or use your personal information, we will amend this policy, post a notice that we are changing our Privacy Policy and may email you to notify of the changes. Your continued use of our website constitutes your consent to the amended Privacy Policy. Ingreendients uses persistent cookies to authenticate if you have been to the Site before and use that information to display relevant content. In addition, we may use cookies to provide you with personalized online display advertising based on your interest.

You have the opportunity to update and/or delete your information with us and to opt-out of having your information used or disclosed for certain purposes. Please send any inquiries related to this Privacy Policy or use of personal information we have collected to support@ingreendients.com.

Please note that it may take up to several weeks for your change or delete request to become effective. All transaction-based communications such as placing an order, requesting customer support, registering for an account etc. will continue to go out. In addition, we plan our marketing  communications weeks in advance so if you continue to receive our communications after expressing an opt-out preference, please let us know so that we can expedite processing your request. Please note that if you do not allow us to collect and use your Personal Information, we may not be able to deliver certain products, promotions, and offerings to you.
